BDI is a 501(c)(3)  non-profit community-service organization located in the Hollywood/Caddo Heights area of the City of Shreveport.  The organization was formed to serve these communities. Our targeted population is at-risk children and families in the site and surrounding communities (including Werner Park and Sunset Acres). BDI is committed to education, civic and social empowerment of individuals. successful implementation of projects will provide for a more productive community.
